Founding Partner

Brook Hunt is founding partner. He has over 30 years of experience in the workforce development business delivering skill development programs to increase company profitability. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through relationship sales that increase productivity and drive revenue growth.  Strong management, team building, and business acumen; expertise in adult learning and training design; verifiable track record of success within highly competitive industry segments.

Prior to forming The Hunt Group, Hunt led Montgomery County Community College’s Center for Workforce Development’s rapid response to employer demand for employee skill development. Worked directly with firms to tailor training programs and leveraged resources with state and local economic development operations. Hunt was the driving force behind CWD, becoming a leading supplier of workforce development in the Philadelphia region.

Brook lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and beloved Beagle, Abigail.
